We've been working on this section to update a few articles, add more information, and improve the look and feel of this section. To be honest, we also wanted you to now view these articles from within our online store in a way that allows you to see and take advantage of the extensive product choices, name brand selection, and the great prices we offer.
Please keep in mind that it is product sales that help produce these articles.
We always strive to give our customers complete and detailed information both before and after a product purchase. Of course we want to sell products, that is where our revenue is generated. But, on the flip side we do not like seeing product returns and realize that if our customers have been better educated before a purchase we can limit unnecessary returns. If we can educate and enlighten our customers to the correct product choices for their application, we will limit returns and have more satisfied customers.
We know that if an issue arises that requires technical support you want help now! Having to sit with your ear stuck to the phone spewing elevator music is not what you want. Nor do you want to keep clicking the (check mail) button in your e-mail program to see if a reply has been sent. We continue to provide our customers information that will answer your questions NOW, not in hours, or days that turn into weeks. We hope to continue to add more features and support articles as time allows. If we can teach someone who can barely turn a wrench to work on their vehicle by using the information provided in our website, we'll do our best to make it happen.
