Every header manufacturer claims their headers fit tighter than anyone else's, and for good reason. Tubular headers are bigger than stock exhaust manifolds, and can interfere with other components in your engine compartment. Sometimes just a quarter of an inch can make the difference between a bolt-on installation and a frustrating thrash and bash.

Sanderson Headers not only fit your engine, but they're also designed to allow maximum room around your spark plugs, starter, alternator, steering, and other components. Unlike mass-produced "universal" headers, Sanderson builds individual designs which will work for specific engines in a specific chassis. The Sanderson product line includes headers for all popular and nostalgia engines, most aftermarket cylinder heads, and many modified steering and suspension setups, including frame grafts.

Sanderson headers offer you the only patented leak-free flange design on the market ... and They DON'T Use Gaskets!

First they start with a 3/8" thick steel plate mating flange which is precision laser cut using our their template designs. After assembly, a weld bead is built up around each exhaust port and all bolt holes. The bead is then ground to uniform thickness with such accuracy that instead of a gasket, all that is required to seal the header to the head is a small bead of high temperature silicone sealer, such as the Valco or Permatex Ultra Black.

Just keep the bolts snug, and your experiences with warped flanges and blown gaskets are over for good!

Limited 5-Year General Warranty

Sanderson Street Rod Headers strives to supply their customers with the highest quality parts and service available in the street rod industry. In keeping with this, they will warrant and repair or replace, at their discretion after inspection in their manufacturing facility, any of their products which are found to have failed due to defects in either material or workmanship. This warranty is activated by the return of the warranty card enclosed with every pair of headers, and is effective for five years* from the date of purchase as indicated on the original invoice.

This warranty does not cover products that fail due to improper motor tuning, alteration, disassembly, or damage caused by racing, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation and/or accident, or when used in applications for which they were not designed or approved. Sanderson will not be specifically responsible for costs of removal, installation, transportation, destruction of other components, inconvenience, loss of time, or other personal damages, or for any other associated costs including the application of any aftermarket coatings applied by others. Sanderson Street Rod Headers will not be liable for any and all consequential damages occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the the product(s) as found on the original invoice.

WRAPPING HEADERS WITH THERMAL TAPE VOIDS WARRANTY

* Extremely compact header designs which locate the collector in close proximity to the exhaust ports are very sensitive to engine tuning. Improper air/fuel mix or timing of ignition and/or valvetrain can cause early failure due to excess heat. For this reason, part numbers CC2 and CC3 are offered with a two-year warranty period only. All other warranty conditions apply.
