RENO, NV., March 1st, 2008 - Century Performance Center, Inc. announced and released to the public, access to its new Customer Support web portal for their online customers. Partnering with Kayako, Inc. and leasing the state-of-the art Kayako SupportSuite, Century Performance Center, Inc. now improves another step above their competition with an easy to use support system for its staff and clients.

The Kayako SupportSuite combines high end web-based client and internal staff support functions into a feature rich AJAX coded interface for speed, ease, and accuracy. Here are just a few of the features and benefits that the Kayako SupportSuite provides our customers and staff:
- eSupport Ticket System where each support or sales e-mail or client-generated contact is tracked, attached to a support tech, and completed promptly and efficiently. Follow-up messages and correspondence all track against the initial ticket, while new tickets are amazingly easy to initiate. Because the customer registers into the system, their issues are always readily available, and the personal interaction and care provided will impress new and existing customers.
