Mallory Service Parts - Fuel Pumps & Regulators

    Your Mallory Fuel Pump and Regulator may at times need a seal kit, brushes, or diaphragm replacement. These are all wear items that need to be periodically serviced the same way as giving your ignition system a tune-up. Available items will be listed on the corresponding assembly drawing pages. Many of the hard parts (motors, housings, etc.) cannot be ordered as retail items, which means you would need to send your pump in to Mallory for repair service if hard parts are needed, as long as the unit is not outdated.

    Over the many years Mallory has been manufacturing fuel system components there have been some important changes. When looking at our information you may need to take some measurements, or pay attention to specific details that we offer in the notes for that item. For those of you that may have a very old pump or regulator, there are some items that we may still have in stock that have been long discontinued. We purchased all of the remaining stock that Mallory had available at that time. These items will be notated as such, and when these outdated items are sold out there won't be any more available. We have listed some of these items at the bottom of this page.

    Mallory electric fuel pumps are available in carbureted and fuel injected (high pressure) versions, and most have the ability to work with gasoline and alcohol fuels. Make sure that before you use alcohol/methanol fuels that you have a pump and regulator that is suited to handle the corrosive characteristics of the fuel. This means that the pump/regulator has to be hard anodized in areas that make contact with the fuel, and the seals need to be compatible too.

    As we mentioned above, there are some items that when we found out Mallory was going to discontinue production, we purchased everything that Mallory had left. We are listing the part number first, then what application it fits. Limited supplies available.
