Taking the time during development of prototypes, the JBA headers have a fit and finish like no other. You will not be dimpling tubes to make clearance on a JBA Header Set.

Header Coatings:
Applying a thermal ceramic coating to exhaust headers provides numerous benefits, but the short list is below.
NOTE: When you order a JBA header the "JS" suffix is the polished silver ceramic, and the "JT" suffix is the high heat titanium-colored coating. In most cases the silver is more than adequate with protection in excess of 1500°F, but in extreme heat applications (over 1600°F), use the high heat coating (supercharged, nitrous, extreme towing, etc).
- Lower under hood temperatures (reduces under hood temps by a few hundred degrees). This protects other components in the engine bay (plug wires, plastic parts).
- Keeping the heat within the header promotes improved exhaust velocity and cylinder scavenging for lower engine temperatures and improved power.
- The good looks of a coated header improves the look of your engine bay.
