DESCRIPTION:
The Sanderson C3 full length header is the most widely used small block Chevy header in street rodding. It's uses include '30-41 Cars & Trucks, '49-54 Chevy Cars, and '53-Up Ford F100 trucks. It fits tighter to the block that stock manifolds and exits ½" higher than the bottom of the oil pan for great ground clearance. The C3 header has good spark plug clearance, and works with many stock steering gears, Vega, and rack & pinion steering setups. Fits all starters and transmissions EXCEPT Powerglides.
- Straight Plug Cylinder Heads ONLY !!!
- Pre-'68 engines must use spin-off oil filter adapter and filter
- 1968 and newer engines should use a short oil filter for maximum clearance.
