During Checkout the shipping method selector is being a bit buggy, and we're working on a fix. The default shipping method is UPS, and "Other Carriers" is everyone else (right now just USPS). On the checkout page (where you enter your personal details) the shipping selector may not switch to "Other Carriers" or vice-verse. A temporary work-around is if you select your shipping method on the "View Cart" page, it should carry over to the checkout page. If you have problems where the page will still not show the shipping method you desire (UPS or USPS), please contact us using the Live Help button, call us on the phone, or open a support ticket on our Helpdesk and one of our staff will assist you. Our Apologies for this bug in our new site, but we expect to find a few here and there. We should have this fixed in the next few days.
